Your Application
Dates and procedures
Application Phase
The application is free of charge. You click through our application form and send us all the relevant information for the selection of your show. If you are selected, the information will also form the basis for the subsequent presentation in our communication media. The application phase runs until 15.02.2025
Accreditation Phase
If you are selected by the jury, you will receive an email from us in March 2025 with the performance times and venues. You will need to confirm these and will then be officially included in our programme. The accreditation phase ends on 30 March 2025.
Planning Phase
After your confirmation, we will coordinate the texts and images for the trade fair catalogue, the WebApp and other means of communication. During this phase, we will also clarify further details, such as registration for additional catering, travel times, accommodation options, etc.
We will advertise the programme from mid-April 2025.
