If you travel by car, you can enter Residenzstraße 2, Paderborn into your navigation system. You then turn onto Marstallstraße and then onto Sertürnerstraße. When you arrive in front of the bollard, press the bell button and the door will open for you. Follow the map and the signs to the artists' parking lot.

Cars, campervans and motorhomes can be parked here. There is no electricity or water connection for campervans or motorhomes. Please park in such a way that you don't block anyone's way and put the parking slip with your phone number (you will get it at the accreditation) clearly visible in your vehicle in case we need to reach you.

By train, take the train to Paderborn Hauptbahnhof (main station) and get on bus line 1 (direction Sennelager), line 5 (direction Thuner Siedlung), line 8 (direction Gesseln) or line 9 (direction Sande) to the bus stop Schloß Neuhaus.

The arrival time is from Sunday 12:00 - 21:00 and Monday from 08:00. Please come to the festival office during opening hours for a check-in so that we know you are there. You can still access the car park after 21:00

• Hotel

You can rent a hotel on your own. Here the relevant booking portals will help you.

• Camping

For artists arriving with tents, we have set up a camping area. This is guarded 24 hours a day. In a school gym you can take a shower and go to the toilet. You will get the key to the hall from the security staff of the camping area. With a campervan or motorhome you can park on the artists' parking lot. There is no electricity or water connection for your vehicles. You do not need a reservation.

The showcase fair office is located in the big hall at one end of the parking area. Unfortunately you can only enter this from the park side and not from the parking side.

Please register here when you arrive and get accredited. With your accreditation you will receive all the information you need for the two days of the fair.

During the opening hours of the festival office, coffee and still water are available free of charge. We also offer two hot meals per day. Your participation fee includes food for up to two people. You can register more people in advance and book additional meals for a fee. You can also order food at your accreditation on site.

Further information on catering will be available from May 2025.

Otherwise, there are restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk for your catering needs.
